Hi, I’m Kandy.
I’m a Life and Business Coach.
I help women gain clarity on what they want in their life, and then set the goals and mindset to design the life they want to live.
I struggle with anxiety, depression, seasonal affective disorder, and I am neurodivergent. Which means, I get it.
A little bit about me, I am a crafter who loves textiles, every personality test I’ve taken says I am a knowledge seeker, I’m an empath, I sometimes carry a vintage camera with me and I live with a free range bunny named Sweetie. At one point in my life I was an Interior Designer.
I’ve worked in in finance and operations, which gives me a unique insight on developing career paths and finding creative outlets. It has also taught me some important lessons around overwork and burnout. I’ve attended some amazing trainings, including Peace Building and Conflict Resolution training, and Leadership Training at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
I am a feminist and a human rights activist. I firmly believe in, and support the Black Lives Matter movement. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have been on a journey of self exploration to understand the impact that patriarchy and capitalism has had on myself. I have also made sure to educate myself about racism and the impact it has had on BIPOC. I live in Chicago which is located on the traditional unceded homelands of the Council of the Three Fires: the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi Nations. Many other tribes such as the Miami, Ho-Chunk, Menominee, Sac, and Fox also called this area home.
If you’d like to explore more than I’d love to meet with you for a free one hour coaching consult.
